I truly enjoyed the relationship between Jayce and Kat. It wasn't easy for them, but they really needed each other. This was more than a meant to be so hurdle all the obstacles and be together story. It was about how love can be tested because of misunderstood details. Kat doesn't want Jayce because as she sees it he didn't want her as a human. Jayce is trying to protect the only person he's ever truly loved by pretending his need for her is only physical. When the walls come down and the truth comes out, there is no point in running anymore. This is full of fast paced action and dangers as well as really heated love scenes. Well worth the read!
