Quick novella, that is a set up for The Girl with the Iron Touch. It was interesting to get a little more background on Jack. It's also a very small glimpse into his work. There is a very weird twist to the story. And the fact that Jack thinks he'll have to get Griffin involved causes enough intrigue to want to know how things play out in The Girl with the Iron Touch.
